And it is plain to see.
Not just in Gordon Brown/Geoff Hoon/Keith Vaz being easily found hoist on their own unethical, unconstitutional petards!
Not just in the ‘House of Commons Treasury select Committee’ Chair John McFall failing to focus on the facts at hand!
Most of the times, most of the MPs and ‘other’ 'parliamentarians are absent from their own minds...
They are into areas, territories and interests that are too obscene, too offensive, too dishonourable to detail here or in any dignified commentary.
Engaged away from ethics, morality and priority.
They are embarked on pursuing purposes and interests that are nit quite legitimate, not quite riper...
Most of the 'parliamentarians' are not bothered about addressing the serious issues. Including the huge public sums that may be - and are getting - misallocated....Wasted.. Put into pockets of organised criminal gangs posing as ‘conglomerates’.
The 'Crossrail Bill' was NOT scrutinised. Not at the report stage. Not at any of the 'reading' stages.
NOT even at the ‘select committees’..
And the executive, executing the agenda of the Big Business lobby controlling the Business priorities of Parliament, knew that the utter the vast the overwhelming numbers and majorities of the MPs were too busy trying to feather their own nests to bother about the purpose, the costs, the implications of the Crossrail hole Bill and plot and scam...

UK House of Commons ‘Treasury Select committee’ ‘Chair’ John McFall, ‘MP’, was the subject of one of my comments a few days ago...
I had based that one on evidence of his performance elsewhere.
Today, I observed McFall’s memory and focus fail him totally.
More than once.
In the same session and within a matter of minutes, he misaddressed the ‘Prime Minister’ as the ‘Chancellor’.
And Gordon Brown responded quite graciously in the circumstances.
But what kind of attention deficit have we got to put up with from these over-hyped chairs of ‘select Committees’!
First we find that one, Keith Vaz, had been involved in exchanges of words that suggest that he might be in line for a ‘rewarding’ token of state-conferred dishoinour for betraying the cause of constitutionality, civil liberties and probity in Parliament... And then we find the Chair of the Treasury Select Committee who cannot distinguish the ‘Prime Minister; from the ‘Finance Minister...’....

Crossrail hole plot-INVITING, wrongdoing clique on Tower Hamlets Council has been allowing near-mass branding of pupils as mentally flawed, ‘sick’!

KHOODEELAAR! the Brick Lane, Whitechapel, Bethnal green ‘south’ and Stepney London E1 Area No to ‘Crossrail hole plot-inviting corrupt clique in control of the inner city, East London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council.........” CAMPAIGN TOLD YOU SO! That the clique is covering up mass and institutionalised disenfranchisement and criminalisation of the parts of the community that most need the protection of the ‘locally elected Council’.
KHOODEELAAR! has also SAID, with concurrent evidence, over the past 55 months, that the corrupt clique that has been in control of the Tower Hamlets Council has been engaged in CREATINg poverty, creating criminality and in adding to the criminalisation and social exclusion, incohesion and disharmony in and across the Borough of Tower Hamlets ..
That the mass perpetration of negligence and wrongdoing by Tower Hamlets Council towards and against the various individuals, groups and areas in Tower Hamlets and the corrupt behaviour of the corrupt clique and its colluders among the ‘executive’ employees in dismantling the ‘public sector’ housing stock and in handing over the same to antisocial controllers and profit-seeking exploiters thus adding to existing poverty and disadvantage in Tower Hamlets is unlawful, illegal but the evidence of such behaviour also is akin to the behaviour of the clique in INVITING the Crossrail hole attacks upon the community.....
That by sheer ACCIDENT we have come across today Thursday 3 July 2008 the backhanded, reluctant and the twisted admission by the same Council that a number of otherwise innocent young persons has been branded as mentally ill by institutions that are controlled [!!!!! for the UK central Govt funding that such ‘control’ status allows the controlling claque to apply for and receive -as distinguished from, opposed to and different from the clique's providing the services in whose names the clique seeks the funding and pockets the funding] by the same Council.........
We say again: the lies that the corrupt clique has been confecting for Crossrail hole plot over the past at least 8 years are the same lies the same sorts of lies that the controlling clique confects and perpetrates about other areas of its wrongdoing... COMMENTARY: 'Egotistical, ambitious, sleazy ... The perfect candidate for a peerage'

Self-regard is not a quality generally in short supply in the world of Westminster politicians.
Yet Keith Vaz's ego has the capacity to take even many of his Labour colleagues by surprise.
He once described himself as 'a leading member, if not the leading member, of the Asian community in this country'.
Europe Minister Keith Vaz, pictured leaving the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London yesterday
Over the last 20 years, he has veered from one extreme of his party to the other - moving from the hard-left Campaign Group of MPs to become one of Tony Blair's most unctuous New Labour supporters.
But consistency, alas, has never been Keith Vaz's strongest point.

Riddle of the Keith Vaz 'reward': How Geoff Hoon may have hinted at an honour for MP who helped win terror vote
DAILY MAIL COMMENT: How much does it cost to buy an MP?
Two years after being elected in Leicester East in 1987, he marched publicly with Muslim constituents who wanted Salman Rushdie's head over his Satanic Verses book.
It later emerged that at the same time, he was telephoning the author to offer his private support.
Once an arch Eurosceptic, he became such a strong pro-European that as Europe Minister, he threatened to hound Eurosceptics out of the Labour Party.
In one leaked piece of correspondence, he was said to have written: 'We know who you Eurosceptics are and we're coming to get you in your constituencies.'
Born in 1956 in Aden, he is a Goanese Catholic christened Nigel Keith Anthony Standish Vaz. His father was the correspondent in Aden for the Times of India.
Vaz, pictured with Shilpa Shetty, once described himself as 'a leading member, if not the leading member, of the Asian community in this country'
Academically brilliant, he want from Latymer Upper School in Hammersmith, West London, to Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, where he dropped the Nigel.
His contemporaries there included Mr Blair's chief spin doctor Alastair Campbell, the novelist and Labour supporter Robert Harris and the BBC presenter Andrew Marr.
A solicitor turned barrister, his family's involvement in politics always made it likely he would seek to follow the same route.
His mother, Merlyn, who died in 2003, was a long-serving Labour councillor in Leicester.
An early attempt at entering Parliament as Labour's candidate in Richmond and Barnes ended in failure, as did a bid to become Euro MP for Surrey West the following year.
He was selected as Labour's candidate in Leicester East for the 1987 election - possibly in part thanks to his outspoken support for hugely controversial 'black sections' in the Labour Party.
These were to be clubs closed to white party members and were designed to draw in disaffected ethnic minorities to Labour.

Vaz pictured at a reception in honour of Lord Irvine, who once described him as 'the most incredible networker I have ever met'
Mr Vaz's stance is thought to have helped win him support in Leicester East, a constituency with 16,000 minority workers.
He went on to defeat the sitting Tory MP Peter Bruinvels, a prominent supporter of capital punishment who once offered to act as a public hangman.
But Mr Vaz's supporters may have been disappointed when, on entering Parliament, he reversed his support for 'black sections'.
He prompted outrage in 1990 when he suggested an IRA bomb in Leicester might for some reason have been planted by the Army.
Despite the row, he joined Labour's front bench as a junior environment spokesman in opposition in 1992.
But it was his role as a Parliamentary bag carrier to Derry Irvine, a close friend of Tony Blair, that helped propel him to the political frontline.
Lord irvine, the then Lord Chancellor, described him as 'the most incredible networker I have ever met'.
Appointed Europe Minister in 1999, allegations of sleaze and chicanery began to emerge soon afterwards.
The next year, the Parliamentary standards watchdog was called in to investigate allegations of undisclosed payments to Mr Vaz from businessmen in his constituency.
He was cleared of nine of the 28 allegations of financial wrongdoing-accused of blocking investigation-into 18 and censured for one - failure to register payments of £4,500 from a solicitor he went on to recommend for a peerage.
After collapsing during a TV interview he was dropped by Mr Blair from the Government in 2001.
Ill health was officially the reason given, though Mr Blair was said to believe that his continued presence in the Government was an embarrassment.
And in 2002, another inquiry into whether a company connected to Mr Vaz had taken money from the billionaire Indian Hinduja brothers came to a more damning verdict.
It concluded he had 'committed serious breaches of the code of conduct and a contempt of the House' and recommended that he be suspended from the Commons for a month.
Yet even this humiliation was not enough to keep Mr Vaz down. After the 2005 General election he slowly worked his way back - being appointed head of an ethnic minority task force by Mr Blair in 2006.
Controversially, he won the prestigious chairmanship of the home affairs select committee in 2007, replacing the universally respected John Denham.
He was effectively shoehorned into the post by the Government, which claimed there was not enough time to go through the usual procedure of asking a crossparty group of MPs to come up with a nominee.
Critics say he has used the post for grandstanding and showboating. Only this week, he was criticised by commentators for inviting Cherie Blair for a high-profile appearance before his committee to discuss policing and knife crime, despite her limited expertise on the subject.
Even before the latest controversy, MPs suspect that his ambitions still run deep. 'The rumour running around Labour MPs was that he would be offered a knighthood for his vote on 42 days,' said one MP who knows him.
'I think he wants to be a knight. He sees that it's unlikely he will ever be a minister again and he would like to be a peer of the realm.
Whether after yesterday's disclosure such a dream is possible now seems doubtful.
How the speaker cut off Cameron's attack
David Cameron
Speaker Michael Martin raised eyebrows in the Commons yesterday by abruptly calling time on David Cameron's attack on Gordon Brown.
He cut off the Prime Minister as he rose to answer the Tory leader over charges that he had not been straight with the voters.
Mr Cameron had scored a coup by confronting Mr Brown with the leaked letter from Geoff Hoon to Keith Vaz.
The Tory leader had just asked his third question and Mr Brown was rising to reply when the Speaker called 'order', apparently in reply to noise in the Chamber.
There was a moment of confusion as the Prime Minister sat down, then rose again to answer, at which point Mr Martin turned and called Labour MP Tom Levitt, who asked a question about the environment.
A spokesman for Mr Brown rejected suggestions that the Speaker had rescued the Prime Minister from Mr Cameron's attack. 'The Prime Minister just responded to the Speaker's instruction.'

Khoodeelaar! has shown up BOTH Houses of UK Parliament as being unfit for purpose: BOTH Houses fail to audit the 'executive'...
This becomes clear whenever there is any issue of substance that the ‘Houses’ ‘consider’.
There is, of course, a lot of hype suggesting that the ‘Houses DO hold the executive to account!
But that is a lie.
As even the formally placed ‘chair’ of the ‘Crossrail Bill Select Committee in the House of Lords’ [= our abbreviation of that is= CBSCHL= where the ‘S’ stands for STOOGED rather than “select’] has confessed: They are useless.
They are MEANT to be useless...
That ‘chair’ has said that objectors to Crossrail who are not impressed by the behaviour of the CBSCHL should seek redress in the courts!
Exactly the point that KHOODEELAAR! had been making and IS continuing to make!
The ‘Parliament’ is being discredited by the parliamentarians. And they know it.
And they say it.
As they said so many ways in the 30 minute stunt called the PMQs staged yesterday.
‘Thanks’ to the Daily Telegraph web site which did a strategic job of publishing the Sleaze suggestion linking keith vaz and Geoff Hoon with the Deal on the 42 day detention without trial.... Gordon Brown found himself, once again, lost without anything valuable to say...
None of his alleged ‘British vahloos’ looked remotely useful or even accessible as Ca-moron caught Brown out....
We say again: SCRAP Crossrail NOW, Gordon. lest ye regret thy
boasts and thy banality and thy imprudent ‘commitment’ to fund CRASSrail to the tune of £Billions that ye were ‘tricked’ by the lying Livingstone into making....
