Khoodeelaar! constitutional law action against ‘CrossRail hole big business agenda against inner city east end of London’ campaign evidence update…… from 2040 hrs gmt Tuesday 21 February 2006 printed issue number 1002 [b].
That Khoodeelaar! Legal and constitutional law publication contained the then summarised list o grounds for the Khoodeelaar! Campaign’s action against the ‘local’ tower hamlets council.
In the time that has passed since 21 February 2006, a number of additional items of confirmation have been found.
Those reinforce the Khoodeelaar! Campaign analysis that the CrossRail hole plot-inviting controlling clique on tower hamlets council could have openly and unequivocally passed the motion saying no to the CrossRail hole agenda.
How?
In the time that has passed since 21 February 2006, various utterances have been made by the controlling clique [and statements made in the name of the controlling clique suggesting that it, the controlling clique, has been ‘in talks’ with ‘CrossRail’ [very brief contextual note by Khoodeelaar! law unit at 1240 gmt London Wednesday 27 august 2008] ‘CrossRail unit’ and the ‘transport for London and its ‘ CrossRail unit’ and the CLRL company which is nothing without the DfT and the tfl coming into being to give it any accountable, democratic, transparent, relevant administrative reality] ‘seeking to reassure’ the community that it, the Council, ‘is doing something to stop the Crossrail holes being dug here’.
Those utterances have been tested against the evidence of the behaviour of the same clique on the same Tower Hamlets Council an din the context of the Crossrail hole agenda.
The conclusion is compelling. That the COUNCIL clique has lied to the community.
How?
By repeatedly making statements to the effect that it had been in ‘Talks’ with ‘CRASSRail’ while providing no evidence that any ‘talks’ have been going on in line with the community’s demand that the Crossrail hoe/s must not be dug here in the E1 area, the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council has only confounded the already heavy pile of CRASSRail hole plot-backing lies. It has also aggravated its liabilities…Had the controlling clique been telling the truth it would also have published evidence showing what it has said that accords with the community’s demand. This is summarised updated number [74] of the KHOODEELAAR! Constitutional law action against Crossrail hole peddlers, agents, touts and propagandists… [To be continued]
