The silence by the 'Opposition' on the Crossrail hole plot-inviting, inner city, deprived, East London 'local' ‘Borough’ Tower Hamlets Council 'floor' is as deafening as it is an offence against the electors and community
The silence has got worse!
There is no meeting, full, half or non-existent! that affords any evidence of any life being represented on the Opposition side...
And this is the real truth about how Big Business agenda has got the ‘democratic’ 'institutions' by their cash-grabbing parts!
As witnessed on the latest occasion of a so-called full council [how can it be a 'full' council UNLESS they also have half council? Which may indeed make 'sense', se,, given that so many half-awake, half-thinking...elements appear to be on the roll of councillors' and even 'leading' councillors.]

Exposing the Crossrail hole agenda-serving, Crossrail hole plot-inviting Tower Hamlets 'local' Council controlling clique.... and their colluding ‘opposition’ on the same Council....
How is the exposure being done?
By putting on the record the fact that the controlling [Tower Hamlets Council] clique is now doing the sort of lying and the sort of fabricating at the expense of the community in the Brick Lane, Whitechapel, Bethnal Green ‘south and north’ and Weavers and Stepney that it [the controlling clique] had been doing via its backing of the Big Business Crossrail hole agenda and in backing the Crossrail structural attacks on the community...
Those attacks are contained in the ‘hybrid’ ‘Crossrail Bill’ that is now being given routine approval by the stooged ‘Crossrail Bill Select committee’ in the UK House of ‘Lords’ [!!!!!]
That stooged select clm committee has refused to hear evidence of the CRASSness of the Crossrail hole plot that the objectors from the East End of London had and were anxious to put before the stooged select committee.

The latest attack on the community in the East End of London and on behalf of Big Business and Crossrail hole plot-like agenda, is in the claim, contained in the propaganda issued by the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council, to the effect that £8 Million worth of ‘planning gain’ has been ‘secured’ by the controlling clique.
The Clique refers to Brick Lane, Allen Gardens, Arnold Circus... but does not say what the alleged cash is going to be spent on .. or how Indeed with who
But the clique is fast on making the eye-catching slogan of £8 Million on its propaganda sheet....
This is another big business big lie via the local Council being used as touts to big business interests....

KHOODEELAAR! No to 'Crossrail hole plot'; No to “Big Business agenda for creating new poverty in inner city East London”.. The .Khoodeelaar! campaign has been arguing for 55 months now, against the poverty creation programme being implemented via the corruptly controlled local Tower Hamlets Borough Council.
Why?
Because the East end is already poor... and the poverty is measured in the poverty of entitlements on the part of the people in the community across the ordinary East End...
The campaign in defence of the East End is also noticing the appearance of elements that are being located in the community with the aim that these elements will undermine the community's defence .
The elements are then also placed on the local Council where they LOOK as if they represent the ‘mixed’ population of the Borough
That is all that they do. They LOOK the part. They do not deliver the democracy.

This is the contextual update of the KHOODEELAAR! Manifesto that I had written in December 2005 and published in the last week of December 2005 and the first fortnight of january 2006.
This update will be published over a few days.
The KHOODEELAAR! manifesto as published in December 2005/January 2006 was part of the movement for actual accountability by the ‘local’ ‘elected’ ‘council’ and other ‘locally elected’ holders of positions in the name of the people in the East End of London.
In terms of the contents and the purpose and the implications, the KHOODEELAAR! Manifesto was unique. And has remained unique. No ‘party’ ‘group’ or ‘grouping’ has published a manifesto.
They may have claimed to have done so.
By the ‘party’, ‘group’ and ‘grouping’ here, I mean of the ones that have got ‘councillors’ on the Tower Hamlets Council in the names of the ‘parties’ and or ‘groups’ or ‘groupings’.
None of those has published any manifesto.
And the fact that they have not done so has also gone unremarked on, uncommented on. Except by Khoodeleaar!

PART C of the KHOODEELAAR MANIFESTO 2006
1. The Brick Lane, Whitechapel, Bethnal Green ‘south’ and Stepney London E1 Area campaign against the Crossrail hole Bill will use the existing laws to establish the facts of the local Tower Hamlets council’s use of the legal powers to make grants and other funds available to ‘voluntary’ organisations in the community.
2. The Brick Lane, Whitechapel, Bethnal Green ‘south’ and Stepney London E1 Area Brick Lane, Whitechapel, Bethnal Green ‘south’ and Stepney London E1 Area campaign against the Crossrail hole Bill will make sure that the holders of senior positions in the employment of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council (LBTH ). The LBTH Council do not follow the political orders or personal preferences of individual councillors or of controlling groups of councillors if those orders or preferences are at variance with the interest of the local community and if those orders and preferences are also in conflict with the social, cultural educational, economic and environmental interest of the local community
3. The Brick Lane, Whitechapel, Bethnal Green ‘south’ and Stepney London E1 Area Brick Lane, Whitechapel, Bethnal Green ‘south’ and Stepney London E1 Area campaign against the Crossrail hole Bill will publish the fullest legally available information on which groups in the local community in a given financial year was given what sum of money by the LBTH Council to achieve what objective and under what democratic and transparent criteria
4. The Brick Lane, Whitechapel, Bethnal Green ‘south’ and Stepney London E1 Area Brick Lane, Whitechapel, Bethnal Green ‘south’ and Stepney London E1 Area campaign against the Crossrail hole Bill will publish the active links of all holders of elected positions in the Council with all known groups and groupings in the Borough so that the behaviour of the councillors can be democratically monitored by the community.
5. The Brick Lane, Whitechapel, Bethnal Green ‘south’ and Stepney London E1 Area Brick Lane, Whitechapel, Bethnal Green ‘south’ and Stepney London E1 Area campaign against the Crossrail hole Bill will also publish the information on the councillors’ links with any senior employee of the council and with any other councillor so that the behaviour of the councillors can be democratically monitored by the community

The poverty that dominates the evidence about the East End of London has been in the main CREATED poverty. As all poverty is. But in the case of inner city East End of London, POVERTY HAS BEEN CREATED.
As poverty is about human beings, the human beings that make up the community in ordinary East End have been treated by the controlling forces in the economy with contempt.
The result has been that in the 'schools' and other 'institutions of education', there has been DEFICIT EDUCATION. Rather than positive education, the schools in Tower Hamlets have been the sources of DEFICIT education. In other words, they have ADDED to the negative human p[profiles of the vast majority of their 'students' across DECADES.
This has created the mainly underachieving, under-schooled, non-educated parts in the population that has been also denied the access to activities that would provide decent sustained incomes...
Like the man, a Bangladeshi one, who has been seen to be asking for money from passers-by on the Whitechapel Road... Those who know him also know his age and his history... He is known to spend the money on alcohol...
A more stark reality would be hard to imagine in the East End...
Why?
Because everyone knows that alcoholism is a road to self destruction... And the destruction of all around the person......
And everyone also knows that 'culturally, Bangladeshis are a million miles away from anything to do with alcohol'.
Or are they ?
And how could Bangladeshis get to be alcoholics in the East End of London? Or in any other part of London or the UK!!!
This is the question that is linked with our examination of the many ';benefits' that the pluggers of Crossrail hoe,attacks peddle....
They say that 'Crossrail would bring benefits to the East End'.
They don't mean benefits that are rationally described...
They mean distorted benefits. In fact they mean deficits that destroy the person. The community...
