For they must have found out that by painting Boris Johnson as being anti-Crossrail, they were losing even more justification than they already had lost......
And as for Johnson’s appearance this morning [Sunday 8 June 2008] as another version of ‘Crossrail-peddling ken Livingstone’, we have bad news for him....
Johnson did not have the sense to reply to Tom harris’ retailing of the accusation that Johnson had failed to support Crossrail in the Commons, KHOODEELAAR! had the ethical and the constitutional and the political courage and we pointed the constitutional law position on Johnson's recorded conduct and behaviour in the House of Commons and on Johnson's' role...
We are now going to point out to Johnson that he will be exposed as being an idiot for trying on the clothes that do not fit him...
The clothes that he has suddenly given some thoughts to the matter of Crassrail.
He has given no thoughts...
And if he had done so, he would have discovered that Crossrail is indeed CRASSrail...
Boris must resist the racist the racist, or sub-racist, or semi-racist or psedo-racist temptation, urge and propensities...
Even though the Scottish people are in less danger of being damaged by the racist onslaught being mounted against them collectively the agents of Big business the danger is this: RACISM, or sub-racism or any kind of prejudice can gain political acceptance... That can only ruin whatever fragile balance and equilibrium there exists ins society.....
That equilibrium deserves to be protected and truly valued.... and supported, not weakened..... So racism and all that geos with it....must be shunned and actively disowned by all holders of public office... It has been a day loaded with irony!
I say this because the day’s print edition of the Murdoched Times leads with the comments from John Major about the tottering regime apparently fronted by Gordon Brown...... The idea behind putting that Major Major spin and spiel on the front page of the Murdoched Times [Friday 6 June 2008
] was to maximise the pressure on Gordon Brown.
Any pressure linkable with John Major playing the moral high ground was going to be quote tenuous... The fact that the Murdoched Times ‘editor’ [or may be Murdoch himself] contrived to bring back John Major shows that they must have thought that Gordon Brown could be ‘persuaded’ to surrender. Sooner than is normally expected of him.
yet look! Will the bastards ever go away?
Wherever John major seems to appear politically apolitical, with an ever so slight hint of his doing his old party a favour, some bastard or other appear even more determined than ever to spoil it for Major...
This time it is Chichester...
What irony !

Ca-Moron is NOT only a dodgy-looking car salesman , of whatever variety, he is also very dodgy when it comes to party political sleaze,. It does not do that he makes claims and is allowed to make claims as if HE is not compromised....

Along with Tony Blair... And Gordon Brown...
Now the ‘competition’ is going to have to be between all the [so far] exposed dodgy
customers doing their business under the grandly titled palace of westminster....
there is no choice for honest people.....
Unless the just-resigned [as MP] politician Boris Johnson shows that he is made of morally substantial stuff...
He can start to lose the baggage of fabrication, lying [about his adultery] and conspiracy [for his chum the convicted fraudster Darius Guppy] by doing something genuinely moral and ethical.
By telling the truth and by behaving as if he is not engaged in setting up a little corrupt careerists empire of his own....
If he can rise above the sea of temptation that ****** Hall [that Blair had built] holds, he can still outlive Cameron......
What is even more important: He can begin the overdue task of delivering a role model of a public post holder that the people of this Metropolis so badly need and want.
Johnson can start by stopping the Crossrail hole plot peddling liars...
He can begin that by telling Crossrail hole agenda peddler Tom Harris that Harris is as ignorant about transport as he is contemptuous of democracy, accountability and constitutionality....
Johnson can say that he himself has not seen or heard any substantial evidence in support of Crossrail. He can say that Crossrail does not equal meeting the transport needs of London. He can say that even Gordon Brown’s own chosen expert. Rod Eddington’ who ‘advised’ Brown on the future of railways transport in the UK did not endorse Crossrail. Johnson cans ay that this is the view of the USA business news outfit Forbes... And that even the UK Channel 4 News reported in October 2007 that Rod Eddington had advised AGAINST Crossrail....
It is about time that Johnson called Ken Livingstone's Crossrail bluff and exposed it as another Confidence trick.....being asserted by Livingstone via Harris and Norris from beyond the mayoral career-grave....

It is not true to imply, which is what Tom Harris is doing [see the piece below], that Boris Johnson did not support Crossrail.
For unlike, say a single-MP ‘party’ as the case was with George Galloway in July 2005 when the ‘Crossrail Bill’ was processed at ‘Second Reading’ [19 July 2005], the CONSERVATIVE Party did not have to rely on just one of their MPs to express the Party’s position on the issue.
The Tories have ALWAYS supported CRASSrail.
As they are doing now, Friday 6 June 2008.
And as they have continued to do in the time between 19 July 2005 and 13 December 2007 when the Bill was in the House of Commons....Tom Harris is a liar to say that [the ‘Crossrail Bill when it] was first presented to the Commons in July 2005”.
But then what do you expect of a ‘Minister’ who has been appointed to front the Big Business agenda scam!
It is also possible that in addition to being a liar, Crossrail Harris is also incompetent.
But then he is in a Department that is ‘headed’ by Ruth Kelly for whom competence - as the concept is understood in ordinary, normal and objective sense and context - in Government Department has not been a prominent feature [if it has featured at all....!]..
Tom Harris has been told by KHOODEELAAR! on more than ten separate occasions in the past six months and very publicly that we shall have constitutional law claims against him in court.
Just in case he has not been able to read those very publicly [published] warnings, we say it again to him: DO NOT ANY MORE breach, violate, ignore or deny the UK’s constitutional law obligations over this.
If you do, as you have been doing, we shall refer your conduct as evidence and as ground for our application to have the legislative process practised declared invalid and unconstitutional and with that we shall seek to have the statute declared void and unconstitutional...........

Of all people, STEVE NORRIS has come back in the form of a Ken Livingstone clone.... And suprise surprise, he appears to be ‘back’ as a promoter of Big Business lobbys!
Norris is ‘back’ to cry for £Billions of public money to be given o Big Business construction conglomerates who can pocket it and the overruns that they are set to make on it....
Steve Norris has been ‘revived’ via Boris Johnson. But I sense a subtle ploy by Boris Johnson here who may achieve more than he may have bargained for: discredit BOTH Norris and the CRASSly conceived Crossrail plot...
That is of course assuming that Boris has read the writings on the wall about the seriously wasteful, seriously flawed and ill-conceived Crossrail...
If the contents of what Norris has agreed to be his by-line in a piece I reproduce below [it has been published on the web site of a property conglomerate only in the past hour] is anything go by then Norris remains as undemocratic now as he ever was.
And he has not learnt anything about the basic facts of transport in London.
Crossrail is NOT the answer to the transport needs of London .
What will solve and significantly address the substantial transport needs and problems in and of London will be the overdue, comprehensive and caring attention to be paid to the EXISTING infrastructure in London and in the suburbs....
Alistair Darling must not pay any attention to Norris and he, Darling, has one way out of the constitutional law liabilities that he faces.
That is, by scrapping the CRASSrail hole scam [contained in the ‘Crossrail Bill’] now he can avoid being held liable in a court of law....
Khoodeelaar! will call Alistair Darling to give evidence in courts...REPEAT COURTS....... Unless of course he sense sense and drops the crass wasteful, diversionary, obsolete 'project' which is in fact an elaborate scam.....

If you visit my office you may well have your coffee served in a very special mug. It was a gift from business group London First, which has been a long-term campaigner for Crossrail, and is decorated with a copy of one of those Evening Standard screamer boards bearing the immortal words ‘Crossrail victory – Brown go ahead’.
It dates from 5 October last year when the capital’s only newspaper announced ‘a major victory for London’. That day, our new prime minister, Gordon Brown, said quite explicitly that ‘Crossrail will now proceed’.
The Standard, London First, then-mayor Ken Livingstone, who had worked tirelessly to promote the scheme, and a great many other long-term supporters were delighted. This was the announcement they had been waiting for for at least a decade. After all, even before it was elected, the then Labour opposition had pledged itself to revive a scheme inexplicably abandoned by the Tories in 1995.
Both administrations had managed to clock up nearly £1bn on planning and research between them without a single rail being laid. After almost 20 years of frustration it looked as if a scheme almost everyone wanted and successive leaders from John Major to Gordon Brown told us they approved of had finally been given the Green light.
Headline horrors
So why do I still believe that headline might still join such other curios as ‘Dewey defeats Truman‘ and ‘End to cold war heralds peace dividend‘?
Well, first, because I know how little that sort of statement, even from a prime minister, made to getting the Jubilee Line extension to Docklands off the ground. Right to the end, the Treasury did whatever it could to frustrate it.
As the minister whose job it was to push the scheme through, I know that John Major was frequently on record as supporting the line – but that cut no ice with his Downing Street neighbour.
The Crossrail bill does not – contrary to what you might imagine from listening to Brown – yet have royal assent. Nor do we know what the contribution to the cost from London businesses in the form of an addition to the national non-domestic rate will be, and whether some of those businesses in places such as Bromley or Barnet might object to paying for something in which they see no value at all.
Judicial review could easily add another year’s delay at the very least and the Treasury would be delighted, not least because the economy is now in crisis. Anything the Treasury can cut out of public spending it will – particularly where £16bn is concerned.
It hates big projects because they always come in horribly over budget, so that £16bn will probably be £25bn by the time we’re through.
London is already getting the East London Line, Thameslink and the Olympics.
There will be many in government, not just in the Treasury, who think that is more than enough.
This is not a classic Labour-v-Tory issue. It is the machinery of the government that is the enemy. London itself has to keep the pressure firmly on. The new mayor will no doubt be as active as his predecessor. Every opportunity must and will be taken to remind Brown and his transport secretary of their own words.
The price of peace is eternal vigilance.
The price of Crossrail is no less.
