DISSECTING THE LUDICROUS BEHAVIOUR in PARLIAMENT OF THE STOOGED SELECT COMMITTEE IN THE NAME of the UK HOUSE OF LORDS and under the de facto influence of Big BUSINESS and assorted corrupting ‘professionals ’ lobbyists and lying lawyers that have been peddling the lies in the ‘palace of Westminster’....
What is the ‘ludicrous behaviour’ that I am talking about?
Short answer is this: the UK Houses of Parliament,ent are behaving ludicrously. Most of the times. They are not representing the people on most things. they are participating in prompting the line that the UK Executive [that is the 'Government' of the day - more on that concept, later] is proposing... This is to be understood even in the week when the latest charade of rebellion is being hyped up in propaganda terms by the pliant, servile media. Servile to the Executive. Serving the pro[agenda purpose of the paraders of democracy in the name of Parliament... There is no rigourous parliament in Britain. Never has been. And as I have said, the ‘nearest’ moment in historic terms that can be found when parliament was in in any real sense ‘sovereign’ and active was when Oliver Cromwell did those unconstitutional things. But then Cromwell was not sustainable. And there were more questions than answers in what he did. Dreadful dire things. Not really democratic.
Not really sustainable.
Not really just. Not in the end...
But as moments of what could be done in asserting a real rebellion, his activities were undeniably representative.
Citable....
Since Cromwell’s time, and since the reversal of his actions, the behaviour of Parliament has been a token.
A fake.
A token of what in truth should happen but is not allowed to happen.
. So much so that the word ‘opposition’ in Parliament has lost all meaning....
No, it never had any meaning...
So the Opposition has no meaning....
I shall apply this analysis to what has been going on in the ‘Select Committees’ in both Houses where that formula of pliant rebellion has been sued to advance the Big Business agenda.......
How did the ‘peers’ [!] peering into the abyss of absurdity attributable to the crass conceivers of the Crossrail hole assault on the East End of London LOOK when they paid a ‘site’ ‘visit’ on 20 February 2008?
Did they LOOK real?
Did they LOOK human as when human beings listening, thinking and understanding?
Did they LOOK as if they were being shown the evidence of just how wrong the CRASS plot was? Did they get told how imprudent [note that word again] Gordon Brown had come across as on Crossrail ?

How could Johnson possibly unravel? And do so faster than his 'advisers' and himself, may think?
This may happen by Johnson not realising - and by his not behaving in accordance with that unimplemented realisation - that his 'team' as he has appointed so far, does not constitute a democratic, ethical, accountable improvement at all on what Ken Livingstone had created....
I shall show how Boris Johnson has got things wrong so far . I have already said that Johnson is guilty of a major mistake in attacking the Scottish people.
As I have said on hundreds of occasions before, it is not acceptable for anyone doing 'political representation' in the name of the people of London to attack another people. Especially not the Scottish people., In context. I shall return to the Johnson wrong over Scotland in a late part.
I begin this by looking at Patience Wheatcroft. I shall examine her in a number of parts in this commentary.
Patience Wheatcroft has shown, so far, that she is an alien. To London. And to the idea of accountability.
Contrary to the image that she is involved in promoting for herself and for Boris Johnson, her ‘boss’. I note for the record and as evidence the point she is making so far about not being paid [and also in not being interested in being paid] for her job at Boris Johnson's Onion!
It is like being back in the era of John Major and dealing with or trying to deal with the utter, total, complete ignorance of the majority of his cabinet. Typified by two in context. One Peter Lilley, who defied his notoriety as one of Major’s bastards and behaved like he was officially in an officially Tory Government but he believed in the bankrupt ‘ideals and values’ that the Neil Kinnock Party ‘gloried in and exhibited’.
The other was Gillian Shepherd. The so-called Education Secretary.
She was the nearest example in John Major’s UK administration that resembled the corrupt, the immoral and the bankrupt policies exhibited by Ken Livingstone at the Ghastly Livingstone Confection [the GLC] or the Greedy Lying Conurbation during the 3rd, the 4th, the 5th and the 6th year of the decade of the 1980s when Thatcher was allegedly dismantling the GLC.
‘Value for money’ , the phrase that Wheatcroft kept uttering as she spoke to Tim Donovan on the BBC TV programme ‘the Politics Show’ [London segment, broadcast on Sunday 8 June 2008] is total, utter and complete rubbish if it is the main ‘concept’ that defines and determines conduct of the holders of public office as far as the money available to the operation of the ‘mayor’ in the name of London.
And Tim Donavan [the BBC TV London political editor] let himself down by not going over the key failures of the Lyingstill Livingstone's maladministration.
For without that checklist - although even the Donovan list was far from complete when articulated in the months before 1 May 2008 - the people who watched that edition on 8 June 2008 would not know the NEW SITUATION.

TOLD YOU SO! That the peddlers of the CROSSRAIL scam do not have reason on their said. They have racism on their side! Time after time they keep showing desperation by attacking Scotland and the Scottish people for the lack of substance in the London CRASSrail scam.. They did it in the months leading up to Gordon Brown taking up official tenancy at No 10 Downing Street London SW1... And they are confirming that the London Crossrail is NOT about solving the transport needs of London... They are saying Crossrail is a big stick with which to beat up the Scottish people politically. That in other words, Crossrail is NOT about solving London’s transport needs...Just as the racist Matthew Parris [who claims to have written some of Margaret Thatcher’s poisonously prejudiced speeches and who is a self-confessed liar and fabricator] urged Tony Blair to PUNISH the ‘Brick Lane’ area by DIGGING the Crossrail hole in the East End community’s heart, in the immediate aftermath of the people of Bethnal Green and Bow electorally ousting Blair’s multifariously promoted ‘Babe’ and Crossrail hole-plot-peddler Oona King at the May 2005 general elections .....[since rehabilitated a dozen times in all sorts of mysterious ‘careers’ ‘ guises’ and ways, with her current location being in the political kitchen of Gordon Brown at No 10 Downing Street]........ .... And to confirm just how total is the desperation on the part of the Big Business agents, lobbyists and touts peddling Crossrail so that they can still loot for Big Business the £Billions of UK pub lic cash, they have now apparently recruited Boris Johnson to their immoral, antisocial and plainly wasteful adventure... Khoodeelaar! is putting this on the record, as we have done in the past 6 months, that Tom Harris is lying, just las Ken Livingstone had lied...
And we are also exclusively making the point here that behind Boris Johnson’s sudden ‘conversion’ to being a ‘pro-Crossrail zealot’ in the course of the past 3 days is not unconnected with the Big Business lobbys... For they must have found out that by painting Boris Johnson as being anti-Crossrail, they were losing even more justification than they already had lost......
And as for Johnson’s appearance this morning [Sunday 8 June 2008] as another version of ‘Crossrail-peddling ken Livingstone’, we have bad news for him....
Johnson did not have the sense to reply to Tom harris’ retailing of the accusation that Johnson had failed to support Crossrail in the Commons, KHOODEELAAR! had the ethical and the constitutional and the political courage and we pointed the constitutional law position on Johnson's recorded conduct and behaviour in the House of Commons and on Johnson's' role...
We are now going to point out to Johnson that he will be exposed as being an idiot for trying on the clothes that do not fit him...
The clothes that he has suddenly given some thoughts to the matter of Crassrail.
He has given no thoughts...
And if he had done so, he would have discovered that Crossrail is indeed CRASSrail...
Boris must resist the racist the racist, or sub-racist, or semi-racist or psedo-racist temptation, urge and propensities...
Even though the Scottish people are in less danger of being damaged by the racist onslaught being mounted against them collectively the agents of Big business the danger is this: RACISM, or sub-racism or any kind of prejudice can gain political acceptance... That equilibrium deserves to be protected and truly valued.... and supported, not weakened..... That in other words, Crossrail is NOT about solving London’s transport needs...Just as the racist Matthew Parris [who claims to have written some of Margaret Thatcher’s poisonously prejudiced speeches and who is a self-confessed liar and fabricator] urged Tony Blair to PUNISH the ‘Brick Lane’ area by DIGGING the Crossrail hole in the East End community’s heart, in the immediate aftermath of the people of Bethnal Green and Bow electorally ousting Blair’s multifariously promoted ‘Babe’ and Crossrail hole-plot-peddler Oona King at the May 2005 general elections .....[since rehabilitated a dozen times in all sorts of mysterious ‘careers’ ‘ guises’ and ways, with her current location being in the political kitchen of Gordon Brown at No 10 Downing Street]........ .... And to confirm just how total is the desperation on the part of the Big Business agents, lobbyists and touts peddling Crossrail so that they can still loot for Big Business the £Billions of UK pub lic cash, they have now apparently recruited Boris Johnson to their immoral, antisocial and plainly wasteful adventure... The same Boris Johnson that they have been accusing again in the past 3 days of not having backed Crossrail as a Bill when he, Johnson, was still an active MP...... Especially noticeable is the couple of ‘blogs’ that the main Crossrail hole plot peddling ‘minister’ Tom Harris has published on the internet in the past 3 days... Khoodeelaar! is putting this on the record, as we have done in the past 6 months, that Tom Harris is lying, just las Ken Livingstone had lied...
And we are also exclusively making the point here that behind Boris Johnson’s sudden ‘conversion’ to being a ‘pro-Crossrail zealot’ in the course of the past 3 days is not unconnected with the Big Business lobbys... For they must have found out that by painting Boris Johnson as being anti-Crossrail, they were losing even more justification than they already had lost......
And as for Johnson’s appearance this morning [Sunday 8 June 2008] as another version of ‘Crossrail-peddling ken Livingstone’, we have bad news for him....
Johnson did not have the sense to reply to Tom harris’ retailing of the accusation that Johnson had failed to support Crossrail in the Commons, KHOODEELAAR! had the ethical and the constitutional and the political courage and we pointed the constitutional law position on Johnson's recorded conduct and behaviour in the House of Commons and on Johnson's' role...
We are now going to point out to Johnson that he will be exposed as being an idiot for trying on the clothes that do not fit him...
The clothes that he has suddenly given some thoughts to the matter of Crassrail.
He has given no thoughts...
And if he had done so, he would have discovered that Crossrail is indeed CRASSrail...
Boris must resist the racist the racist, or sub-racist, or semi-racist or psedo-racist temptation, urge and propensities...
Even though the Scottish people are in less danger of being damaged by the racist onslaught being mounted against them collectively the agents of Big business the danger is this: RACISM, or sub-racism or any kind of prejudice can gain political acceptance... That can only ruin whatever fragile balance and equilibrium there exists ins society.....
That equilibrium deserves to be protected and truly valued.... and supported, not weakened..... So racism and all that geos with it....must be shunned and actively disowned by all holders of public office... By showing they the only argument they can make for Crossrail is by being racist, they have definitely put paid to any claim that they could later make....
