KHOODEELAAR! No to 'Big Business Crossrail hole agenda' Constitutional law UPDATE 1640 GMT 28.08.2008
The 'presence' of the Lib Dems [='The Liberal Democratic Party' = abbreviated in ordinary conversations to 'Lib Dems'] in Tower Hamlets is itself a questionable concept. Do they exist as a 'political party'? If so, what do they stand for? If they do, what difference does it make, if any.
This is a question that KHOODEELAAR! will go into to a significant extent over the 'role' of the Lib Dems as a party that had an actual membership presence on the Crossrail hole plot-inviting Tower Hamlets Council.
Part of the updated evidence in the constitutional law action [from which corrupt councillors shall be specifically excluded, even as observers!!! We shall go into this more in due course] against Crossrail hole agenda consists of the role played by the so-called official Opposition group on Tower Hamlets Council.
Our submission to court includes the claims that the Lib Dems group was wrongly ‘led’, mis-led and in effect was contributing to the maintenance of the fraudulent stance being exhibited by the corrupt clique that was at that time promoting the CRASSRail hole plot and agenda in the East End of London.
We are very aware of the pretentious posturing promotions of certain ‘Lib Dems’ currently on the Tower Hamlets Council and we intend to draw maximum attention to their own dubious roles in the relevant contexts and we shall do so to reinforce the argument that the so-called opposition benches of councillors in the name of the people of Tower Hamlets should be subject to regular and independent scrutiny by members of the community.
As is quite clear from our daily published scrutiny of the controlling clique, KHOODEELAAR! is already well recognised as the source and the forum for scrutinising the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets in a way that is unrivalled or matched by any other campaign or forum.
What there has not been so far is a regular and sustained scrutiny of the so-called opposition councillors [ 'not' 'soupspoon' ! indeed] .
The word Opposition in Tower Hamlets is almost without any meaning.
Especially after the display stated by three councillors including Lutfur Rahman courtesy of the people who control the decision-making at the LC ['London Muslim Centre'] and who played the decisive role in allowing Towe4r Hamlets councillors use the space at the ‘London Muslim Centre’.
More, later, on the abuse of the phrase 'Open Meeting’ which Lutfur Rahman took part in earlier this week.
BACK to the LIB DEMS in Tower Hamlets and the KHOODEELAAR! campaign against Crossrail hole agenda :
Much of our comments about the Lib Dems' then 'leader' on the Council repeatedly making claims that they were 'active' about Crossrail by referring to her [Janet Ludlow's] frustrated attempts to get the controlling clique [Khoodeelaar! words, NOT Janet Ludlow's or anyone else's. Janet Ludlow never used the phrase and she would not even know how to ...] to set up a 'consultative forum'.
That was - and here is the first time that KHOODEELAAR! is actually saying so, - a plea by Janet Ludlow to be part of a stooge outfit!
The stooging of councillors is not the same thing as the enabling of a democratically active group of elected members.
Janet Ludlow did not understand that telling people that she was being ignored by the controlling clique did not amount to doing her job as leader of the Opposition on the Tower Hamlets Council.
Janet Ludlow was not comfortable being seen to be in any way identified with the KHOODEELAAR! campaign because it took real political understanding to back the campaign against Crossrail.
Janet Ludlow of course did deliver leaflets when she was 'leader'. At least some members of her group still recall this≥
Khoodeelaar! has no evidence to support or to dispute that particular assertion.
What Khoodeelaar! can say and will say is this: if Janet Ludlow did not want to be seen with KHOODEELAAR! then why was she prepared to come and be photographed at Khoodeelaar! events?
That behaviour occurred on more than one occasion.
the result was not significant for the campaign. Because every single alleged and real opponent to the Blaired band in control of the Tower Hamlets Council at the time, came along to the KHOODEELAAR! events of that particular time and was more than willing to be photographed with the Khoodeelaar!. campaign....
That included the Lib Dems' devious and dishonestly made CD ..... That CD had a series of fabrications in it.
One young person allegedly a supporter of the Janet Ludlow-'led' 'Opposition 'Lib Dem' councillors', is seen in that Lib Dem CD as using the word KHOODEELAAR! in a series of utterances that did not, contextually fit in with the rest of the contents.... And he was filmed at the corner of Hanbury Street and Sp[ital Street, the very spot that has for years been known as the spot for Khoodeelaar! street actins... For obvious reasons...
In fact the Lib Dem CD had NO statement against Crossrail. None that remotely came anywhere near what a Tower Hamlets Councillor said when she spoke at the KHOODEELAAR! demonstrator on 1 March 2006.

That councillor was Louise Alexander. She sued to be on the Council until the start of March this year when she gave up on personal grounds.
What she said on 1 March 2006 and what her motion said [in effect supporting almost all the KHOODEELAAR! demands on that occasion] remains the only contribution by any councillor on Tower Hamlets who has in fact done the most to say No to Crossrail within the framework of the existing Council at the time.
Why couldn't Janet Ludlow do what Louise Alexander could do and did do?
What had stopped Janet Ludlow from saying the things against the Crossrail hole that Louise Alexander was able to say and go on the records saying?
Has there been another 'leader' on the Tower Hamlets Council for the almost vanished Lib Dems group?
If there is a 'leader', what is the 'leader' 'leading' the councillors about and in what direction, IF ANY?

That Khoodeelaar! Legal and constitutional law publication contained the then summarised list o grounds for the Khoodeelaar! Campaign’s action against the ‘local’ tower hamlets council.
In the time that has passed since 21 February 2006, a number of additional items of confirmation have been found.
Those reinforce the Khoodeelaar! Campaign analysis that the CrossRail hole plot-inviting controlling clique on tower hamlets council could have openly and unequivocally passed the motion saying no to the CrossRail hole agenda.
How?

Those utterances have been tested against the evidence of the behaviour of the same clique on the same Tower Hamlets Council an din the context of the Crossrail hole agenda.
The conclusion is compelling. That the COUNCIL clique has lied to the community.
How?
By repeatedly making statements to the effect that it had been in ‘Talks’ with ‘CRASSRail’ while providing no evidence that any ‘talks’ have been going on in line with the community’s demand that the Crossrail hoe/s must not be dug here in the E1 area, the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council has only confounded the already heavy pile of CRASSRail hole plot-backing lies. It has also aggravated its liabilities…Had the controlling clique been telling the truth it would also have published evidence showing what it has said that accords with the community’s demand. Crossrail hole plot-promoting, clueless Harriet Harman is not doing Brown any favours by her banal, scripted utterances...

It was Harriet Harman, none other than the Heartless one herself, who boasted less than a fortnight ago that the 'House', the Commons that is, would not 'rise' [that is, would not sit down=would not go on the two month long holiday!] until the speaker had confirmed that 'Royal Assent' had been given to the 'Crossrail Bill'!
And why was Harriet wrong to make that statement?
Answer: Because she was behaving there like an insensitive, irresponsive, uncaring, unheeding, unaccountable, irresponsible member of a legislature.... and that she was taking part in the breaking of the constitution........ because she knew that the Crossrail Bill was being allowed through without complying with the due procedures and the processes of constitutionality that the Crossrail Bill was a pack of lies... that it was a product of and linked closely with undemocratic, unaccountable and identified by name forces of greed that in fact plotted to pocket £billions of public money under the cover of Crossrail.....that her pretentious pronouncements in paraded protestations all day throughout the day today Sunday 27 July 2008 are untrue. Untruthful. And unfounded on fact. She voted for the Crossrail Bill all the way. She never even paused to ask if the people in the East End of London or indeed in the centre of the Mayfair area in west London had had our objections heard by Parliament. Harriet Harman is a known failure as a minister. She lost the job as Blair’s first cabinet minister in control of the Social Security Department [=DSS] [=now = DWP] . She did not get to grips with the subject. She in fact allowed the starving of hundreds of thousands of people..... She knew that she was responsible for the people being forced into starvation for no reason.... Was that economic? What economics does Harriet Harman understand? What evidence has she ever shown of the legality, the ECONOMIC justification for casting hundreds of thousands of people into poverty in Britain? That was in 1997-1998... Ten years on , she has the gall to utter today, ten years on from her terrible role at the DSS in 1997-1998 about ‘an economic problem’! Does she mean ONE economic problem? Or does she mean a problem that is economic? With harriet harman, there is no telling whether she is speaking with knowledge or whether she is appearing with a scripted utterance just to put a gloss on a devastating state of affairs...... Is that state anything to do with lack of respect fro people? With Harriet, definitely not. Harriet Harman’s achievement is that as a token, she has achieved herself a corner in the book of records. But she has done so at the expense of the rights of hundreds of thousands of families. She has sacrificed the human rights and violated the dignity of millions of individuals. at And shed has neglected the needs of similar numbers of children... Today, Sunday 27 July 2008, Harriet Harman has been speaking about her awareness of peoples’ struggle;e in making ends meet! She is in fact being sued by Gordon Brown as his voice today...How dare Harriet Harman talk about peoples’ hardship and refer to peoples’ struggles with making ends meet? She is the problem. She is the symbolic problem and she is also the constitutional problem... shall expose Harriet Harman’s hollowness in detail in this series of comments... One key problem that has forced so many people into the struggling position is the lack of honour in the actions and the utterances of the Govt to which Harriet belongs and off which Harriet takes the obvious 'satisfaction'....Personally, she is doing well in her career But she is doing so by sinking so many peoples’ hopes and rights..... It was Harriet Harman, none other than the Heartless one herself, who boasted less than a fortnight ago that the 'House', the Commons that is, would not 'rise' [that is, would not sit down=would not go on the two month long holiday!] until the speaker had confirmed that 'Royal Assent' had been given to the 'Crossrail Bill'!
And why was Harriet wrong to make that statement?
Answer: Because she was behaving there like an insensitive, irresponsive, uncaring, unheeding, unaccountable, irresponsible member of a legislature.... and that she was taking part in the breaking of the constitution........ because she knew that the Crossrail Bill was being allowed through without complying with the due procedures and the processes of constitutionality that the Crossrail Bill was a pack of lies... that it was a product of and linked closely with undemocratic, unaccountable and identified by name forces of greed that in fact plotted to pocket £billions of public money under the cover of Crossrail.....that her pretentious pronouncements in paraded protestations all day throughout the day today Sunday 27 July 2008 are untrue. Untruthful. And unfounded on fact. She voted for the Crossrail Bill all the way. She never even paused to ask if the people in the East End of London or indeed in the centre of the Mayfair area in west London had had our objections heard by Parliament.
