Why have the BBC begun this grotesque rehabilitation scheme for Crossrail hole plot tout Ken Livingstone?

Any minute now, the BBC’s ‘brown-nosing’ slot, the ‘Andrew Marr Slow’ is set to start broadcasting yet another plug for Ken Crossrail hole plot-tout Livingstone...

Last night they gave Livingstone an undeserved plug via Clive Anderson.
