KHOODEELAAR! No to 'Big Business Crossrail hole agenda' Constitutional law UPDATE [79] Crossrail hole Ken REALLY goes CRACKERS! in Caracas!

This page was last edited at 0135 GMT in London on Friday 29 August 2008

The utterances of Crossrail hole plot-peddler Ken Livingstone as reported from the Venezuela city of Caracas really confirm that the man has no self-respect where it concerns the records of disasters that he created whilst occupying the post in the name of the people of London at an address we have been referring to as the Onion [for not wanting to use the phrase that we really think describes the place most accurately] in London SE1

Livingstone has shown no dignity in exhibiting himself as a consultant to the Venezuelan regime. Subjects include transport!

Is Livingstone telling the world that Hugo Chavez, his alleged mate, is a convert to the ideology of hiring the likes of Bob Kiley?

And that he, Livingstone,. will commend Kiley's type to Chavez? And cite the 'qualities' like Kiley's ability to INTIMIDATE people at Livingstone-craved carve-up 'meetings'?

KHOODEELAAR! is part of the inner cities community defenec movement that has evidence of what Livingstone has been claiming to be over the past 4 decades... In fact, the same movement has been actively focusing attention to Livingstone's fraudulent claim to being a socialist.... But even we never imagined that Livingstone would go crackers so soon and end up actually being given a career and sanctuary in Caracas for him to go crackers so brazenly....

While we keep counting the cost of the crackers ken while he had been in office in London.....

KHOODEELAAR! No to 'Big Business Crossrail hole agenda' Constitutional law UPDATE [78] on the 'Lib Dems' 'group'

This page was last edited at 0055 GMT London Friday 29 August 2008

The reason why KHOODEELAAR! did not take the promised legal action [May 2006] against the Tower Hamlets Lib Dems group and the UK Lib Dems Party that had colluded in a series of criminal acts perpetrated by the Group and via the Group in tower Hamlets including the brazen lies it [The Lib Dems Group] told on the eve of the 2006 Council elections by impersonating the KHOODEELAAR! campaign and by fabricating a picture image of Janet Ludlow to paint her as not only backing the KHOODEELAAR! campaign against Crossrail hole attacks but also leaving out ALL reference to the Campaign whose work it stole and electorally and to a large extent personally benefitted from, is to be found in the generosity which we have shown to a number of other impersonators, profiteers and liars.

Why?

The main focus of the campaign has been to get the Crossrail hole plot scrapped... To commence any action against a party or grouping no matter how relevant , would take the focus away from the main target, that is the decision-makers in post on Crossrail at local level and at the London and UK levels.

KHOODEELAAR! No to 'Big Business Crossrail hole agenda' Constitutional law UPDATE [77] on the 'Lib Dems' 'group'

This page was last edited at 2215 GMT London Thursday 28 August 2008

KHOODEELAAR! had only completed the research on the updates when the'leader' of the Lib Dems on Tower Hamlets Council was able to get herself placed at the centre of attention by what is normally described as the Right Wing press in Britain...Were we shocked to find that the 'Lib Dems' group ' 'leader' was NOT getting such attention about anything she was saying in defence of the community against the Big Business Crossrail hole agenda.....

OF COURSE WE WERE NOT!!! But Germaine Greer may still join in....

With a historic comment about how things in the world of colonialism actually destroy not just a moment's rest and relaxation... but an entire people......

We may yet see and hear a lot more about colonials business as observed by Germaine Greer in the context of Australia...

And we may yet get to read some of the most topical views expressed by Germaine Greer on the rights of the people in Tower Hamlets itself...... KHOODEELAAR! is putting for the records the following texts, as taken from the web site run by ARCHANT for the 'East London ADVERTISER' at 2205 GMT on Thursday 28 August 2008.

This we are doing for the records. Why? Because the same ARCHANT web site for the 'East London IDIOTISER" has been REMOVING items from their web sites within almost hours of putting them there.... This has been happening with quite a noticeable frequency...

We cannot be sure that the latest promotion of 'senior ' [!!!!!] councillor Stephanie Eaton will not be removed for unexplained reason....

Here then is that piece " Town Hall bid to extend Ramadan fast to non-Muslims fuels row"

Town Hall bid to extend Ramadan fast to non-Muslims fuels row

28 August 2008

Ted Jeory

A SENIOR councillor has condemned as “divisive” a move by Town Hall leaders to extend Muslim fasting rules on non-Muslim politicians during the holy month of Ramadan.

Tower Hamlets council’s Lib Dem group leader Stephanie Eaton said she would be ignoring arrangements which favoured one religious group over others.

“The Liberal Democrats have enormous respect for the contribution of all faith groups and cultures to the life of the community,” she said.

“But we fervently believe that the rules of any one religion should not be imposed upon others.”

The row was sparked by an email sent to all councillors this week outlining arrangements for Town Hall committee meetings next month, which marks the Muslim fasting period of Ramadan.

It said that new council leader Lutfur Rahman and his deputy, Siraj Islam, had requested that meetings be kept to a minimum to accommodate fasting councillors.

They have also asked all other councillors to resist eating until the breaking of the fast at sunset.

It is the first time such a request has been made and it comes as Ramadan falls earlier this year during the longer daylight hours.

Council bosses have also ordered that the Town Hall’s business agenda should also be reduced, with only seven scheduled committee meetings for the entire month, to deal with the Ramadan restrictions.

Officers have also been barred from arranging any more and asked to find ways of dropping some of the scheduled seven.

Those going ahead generally start at about 6.30pm, so with sunset due to fall just after 7.30pm at the beginning of September and around 6.30pm by the end of Ramadan, the breaking of the fast, known as Iftar, will take place during meetings.

At those points, there will be 45 minute adjournments to allow members to eat and pray, council leaders have ordered.

But it is the arrangements for the food and other refreshments that has angered Cllr Eaton and the rest of her party, which includes two Muslim councillors.

Normally, tea, coffee and sandwiches are set aside for councillors to nibble at during evening meetings.

But during Ramadan, these will be reduced and complemented by Iftar food packs containing chicken, lamb and vegetarian snacks.

However, in his email the council’s head of democratic services John Williams said: “It is requested that members do not partake of any refreshments until after the Iftar refreshments are served.”

Cllr Eaton said that was going too far.

She added: “We object to the request that non-Muslim councillors observe the fasting rules for Ramadan.

“This sends out the wrong message to our community. Our community consists of a huge number of different religions, all of which should be valued, and no one religion should be accorded more status or influence than others.

“Freedom of belief is an important human right, and we Liberal Democrat councillors, Muslim and non-Muslim, agree that this request is inappropriate.”

She has also written to Town Hall bosses about her concerns that their move “will not enhance community cohesion and asking for their reassurance that no faith is given any particular status or priority in the operation or decisions of the council.”

Within hours of her contacting the East London Advertiser and making a complaint to new council leader Lutfur Rahman, the Town Hall launched a damage-limitation exercise.

In a climb-down statement, the council said the email had been sent after complaints from some councillors last year that non-Muslims had been eating their Iftar packs.

Despite the clear request in the email, the council statement said: “There is absolutely no suggestion that during Ramadan non-Muslim councillors have been asked to refrain from eating or drinking when Muslims are observing the fast.

“As normal, water will be provided at council meetings taking place during Ramadan.

“Tea, coffee, Iftar packs and non Iftar snacks will be available in a separate room for all councillors.

“All that’s being asked for is courtesy to be shown to the sensitivities around some councillors eating during council meetings whilst others in the room are fasting.

“Non-Muslim councillors have simply been asked to ensure that there is Iftar food available for Muslim councillors, because in previous years Muslim councillors wanting to break their fast followings prayers had found that the Iftar packs had been eaten.”

What are the factors that make Tower Hamlets ‘the most deprived borough in the country’?

Whatever the ‘consultants’ may say, whatever the alleged academics may say, will not be known fully until after another century has gone by.

What the people in the ordinary population know now, here, today, can be listed as including:

No jobs
No real home
No social cohesion
No respect to the people by those who ‘are in place to serve the community’.
No education standards for MOST
No platform for addressing these for the action by the decision-makers….
No representation on the ‘local’ Council which is stuffed full of time serving small timers
No space in the ‘local’ ‘newspaper’ for telling the truth - there is no ‘local newspaper’ really…
No real say on what goes on in the ‘Parliament’
No real health system or care or service

KHOODEELAAR! No to 'Big Business Crossrail hole agenda' Constitutional law UPDATE 1640 GMT 28.08.2008

The 'presence' of the Lib Dems [='The Liberal Democratic Party' = abbreviated in ordinary conversations to 'Lib Dems'] in Tower Hamlets is itself a questionable concept. Do they exist as a 'political party'? If so, what do they stand for? If they do, what difference does it make, if any.

This is a question that KHOODEELAAR! will go into to a significant extent over the 'role' of the Lib Dems as a party that had an actual membership presence on the Crossrail hole plot-inviting Tower Hamlets Council.

Part of the updated evidence in the constitutional law action [from which corrupt councillors shall be specifically excluded, even as observers!!! We shall go into this more in due course] against Crossrail hole agenda consists of the role played by the so-called official Opposition group on Tower Hamlets Council.

Our submission to court includes the claims that the Lib Dems group was wrongly ‘led’, mis-led and in effect was contributing to the maintenance of the fraudulent stance being exhibited by the corrupt clique that was at that time promoting the CRASSRail hole plot and agenda in the East End of London.

We are very aware of the pretentious posturing promotions of certain ‘Lib Dems’ currently on the Tower Hamlets Council and we intend to draw maximum attention to their own dubious roles in the relevant contexts and we shall do so to reinforce the argument that the so-called opposition benches of councillors in the name of the people of Tower Hamlets should be subject to regular and independent scrutiny by members of the community.

As is quite clear from our daily published scrutiny of the controlling clique, KHOODEELAAR! is already well recognised as the source and the forum for scrutinising the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets in a way that is unrivalled or matched by any other campaign or forum.

What there has not been so far is a regular and sustained scrutiny of the so-called opposition councillors [ 'not' 'soupspoon' ! indeed] .

The word Opposition in Tower Hamlets is almost without any meaning.

Especially after the display stated by three councillors including Lutfur Rahman courtesy of the people who control the decision-making at the LC ['London Muslim Centre'] and who played the decisive role in allowing Towe4r Hamlets councillors use the space at the ‘London Muslim Centre’.

More, later, on the abuse of the phrase 'Open Meeting’ which Lutfur Rahman took part in earlier this week.

BACK to the LIB DEMS in Tower Hamlets and the KHOODEELAAR! campaign against Crossrail hole agenda :

Much of our comments about the Lib Dems' then 'leader' on the Council repeatedly making claims that they were 'active' about Crossrail by referring to her [Janet Ludlow's] frustrated attempts to get the controlling clique [Khoodeelaar! words, NOT Janet Ludlow's or anyone else's. Janet Ludlow never used the phrase and she would not even know how to ...] to set up a 'consultative forum'.

That was - and here is the first time that KHOODEELAAR! is actually saying so, - a plea by Janet Ludlow to be part of a stooge outfit!

The stooging of councillors is not the same thing as the enabling of a democratically active group of elected members.

Janet Ludlow did not understand that telling people that she was being ignored by the controlling clique did not amount to doing her job as leader of the Opposition on the Tower Hamlets Council.

Janet Ludlow was not comfortable being seen to be in any way identified with the KHOODEELAAR! campaign because it took real political understanding to back the campaign against Crossrail.

Janet Ludlow of course did deliver leaflets when she was 'leader'. At least some members of her group still recall this≥

Khoodeelaar! has no evidence to support or to dispute that particular assertion.

What Khoodeelaar! can say and will say is this: if Janet Ludlow did not want to be seen with KHOODEELAAR! then why was she prepared to come and be photographed at Khoodeelaar! events?

That behaviour occurred on more than one occasion.

the result was not significant for the campaign. Because every single alleged and real opponent to the Blaired band in control of the Tower Hamlets Council at the time, came along to the KHOODEELAAR! events of that particular time and was more than willing to be photographed with the Khoodeelaar!. campaign....

That included the Lib Dems' devious and dishonestly made CD ..... That CD had a series of fabrications in it.

One young person allegedly a supporter of the Janet Ludlow-'led' 'Opposition 'Lib Dem' councillors', is seen in that Lib Dem CD as using the word KHOODEELAAR! in a series of utterances that did not, contextually fit in with the rest of the contents.... And he was filmed at the corner of Hanbury Street and Sp[ital Street, the very spot that has for years been known as the spot for Khoodeelaar! street actins... For obvious reasons...

In fact the Lib Dem CD had NO statement against Crossrail. None that remotely came anywhere near what a Tower Hamlets Councillor said when she spoke at the KHOODEELAAR! demonstrator on 1 March 2006.
\
That councillor was Louise Alexander. She sued to be on the Council until the start of March this year when she gave up on personal grounds.

What she said on 1 March 2006 and what her motion said [in effect supporting almost all the KHOODEELAAR! demands on that occasion] remains the only contribution by any councillor on Tower Hamlets who has in fact done the most to say No to Crossrail within the framework of the existing Council at the time.

Why couldn't Janet Ludlow do what Louise Alexander could do and did do?

What had stopped Janet Ludlow from saying the things against the Crossrail hole that Louise Alexander was able to say and go on the records saying?

Has there been another 'leader' on the Tower Hamlets Council for the almost vanished Lib Dems group?

If there is a 'leader', what is the 'leader' 'leading' the councillors about and in what direction, IF ANY?
