It was Harriet Harman, none other than the Heartless one herself, who boasted less than a fortnight ago that the 'House', the Commons that is, would not 'rise' [that is, would not sit down=would not go on the two month long holiday!] until the speaker had confirmed that 'Royal Assent' had been given to the 'Crossrail Bill'!
And why was Harriet wrong to make that statement?
Answer: Because she was behaving there like an insensitive, irresponsive, uncaring, unheeding, unaccountable, irresponsible member of a legislature.... and that she was taking part in the breaking of the constitution........ because she knew that the Crossrail Bill was being allowed through without complying with the due procedures and the processes of constitutionality that the Crossrail Bill was a pack of lies... that it was a product of and linked closely with undemocratic, unaccountable and identified by name forces of greed that in fact plotted to pocket £billions of public money under the cover of Crossrail.....that her pretentious pronouncements in paraded protestations all day throughout the day today Sunday 27 July 2008 are untrue. Untruthful. And unfounded on fact. She voted for the Crossrail Bill all the way. She never even paused to ask if the people in the East End of London or indeed in the centre of the Mayfair area in west London had had our objections heard by Parliament. Harriet Harman is a known failure as a minister. She lost the job as Blair’s first cabinet minister in control of the Social Security Department [=DSS] [=now = DWP] . She did not get to grips with the subject. She in fact allowed the starving of hundreds of thousands of people..... She knew that she was responsible for the people being forced into starvation for no reason.... Was that economic? What economics does Harriet Harman understand? What evidence has she ever shown of the legality, the ECONOMIC justification for casting hundreds of thousands of people into poverty in Britain? That was in 1997-1998... Ten years on , she has the gall to utter today, ten years on from her terrible role at the DSS in 1997-1998 about ‘an economic problem’! Does she mean ONE economic problem? Or does she mean a problem that is economic? With harriet harman, there is no telling whether she is speaking with knowledge or whether she is appearing with a scripted utterance just to put a gloss on a devastating state of affairs...... Is that state anything to do with lack of respect fro people? With Harriet, definitely not. Harriet Harman’s achievement is that as a token, she has achieved herself a corner in the book of records. But she has done so at the expense of the rights of hundreds of thousands of families. She has sacrificed the human rights and violated the dignity of millions of individuals. at And shed has neglected the needs of similar numbers of children... Today, Sunday 27 July 2008, Harriet Harman has been speaking about her awareness of peoples’ struggle;e in making ends meet! She is in fact being sued by Gordon Brown as his voice today...How dare Harriet Harman talk about peoples’ hardship and refer to peoples’ struggles with making ends meet? She is the problem. She is the symbolic problem and she is also the constitutional problem... shall expose Harriet Harman’s hollowness in detail in this series of comments... One key problem that has forced so many people into the struggling position is the lack of honour in the actions and the utterances of the Govt to which Harriet belongs and off which Harriet takes the obvious 'satisfaction'....Personally, she is doing well in her career But she is doing so by sinking so many peoples’ hopes and rights..... That agenda is one of backing Big Business and of riding roughshod over communities like the people affected by the Crossrail hole plot in the area.... She has shown nothing but contempt for the people who have stated so many serious objections and have pointed out so many errors, mistakes and wrongs in the Crossrail package.... She has chosen, instead, to be pals with Oona King, who had insulted people in the community and from the East End of London in 2004-2005 when they tried to talk some sense into Oona King [still ‘MP’ in the name of the people in the parliamentary constituency of Bethnal Green and Bow] and who tried to get her [‘Oona King’ ] to speak against Crossrail hole plot... Politically, democratically and electorally she was given due and clear and unmistakable warning that her refusals to show respect to the people of the East End and her refusal and failure to represent the community’s opposition to the Crossrail hole scam, Crossrail hole plot would not be forgotten. People remembered Oona King’s behaviour when the time came in may 2005... By her failures to tell the truth against Crossrail, by her refusal to tell the truth about the campaign in the community against the Crossrail, hole Big Business agenda, Oona King showed that she was not suited to being an MP. Just as Chris Grayling - who has been failing as a frontbencher and spokesperson on behalf of the Ca-Moron Conservatives, has shown his shameless brazen ignorance about the 'British' 'constitution' . He has opined in the last 48 hours [in which time we have exposed the latest item of Grayling's idiocy on the record of his contradictory and dishonest behaviour already] that if there is another ‘leader’ to front the Blaired Party [the former Labour Party in the UK] following the appearance of disquiet in the former Labour Party after the Glasgow -by election [caused by the former Labour Party.........] then there should be a general election. To have another leader of the former Labour Party without a general election would be contrary to the constitution, opined the incredibly dishonest and shameless Grayling.... It was the same NEWS OF THE WORLD that had instantly promoted Kelvin McKenzie as an attack dog to savage David Davis's statements [as Davis had made those on 12 June 2008] and Davis's stand on civil liberties...... Quickly followed by the unleashing of the entire kennel of Murdoch’s News of the World propaganda hounds including George Pascow -Watson and Trevor Kavanagh..... That on tuesday 22 July 2008, a man, also reliably stated to be a ‘minister’ carrying out the tasks of Big Business at the expense of the UK public of all income and no income levels, began to ask himself as he wore himself down with that familiar sense of being irrepressibly narcissistic as he looked for an audience within the dft. to celebrate his achievement with.......[what achievement? Poverty creation, discrimination, deprivation, wasting pub;ic money??? more on those later] He looked for a suitable platform whence to shout the important question to him: should he, Tom Harris, fly out of the UK for a while. Or should he, even at the moment of delicate imbalance caused by what he had just ‘heard’ in his head, try falling on a safely caused pavement from a safely arranged height near his official office....as a way of drawing attention.... He was beside himself, it is alleged, because he had at last got what he had craved. A bit of ‘news’ on which to make an excuse for getting his name in the papers... Or in the KHOODEELAAR! No to Crassaril hole plot web sites and blogs..... So Tom Harris had to have the licence to indulge his yet-unrequited fantasy- flogging himself off as a Hollywood actor! No, if not the actor himself, then in a typically witless Tom Harris way, a negatively-assigned signed impersonation of that same fantasy actor. Like uttering something by saying he is not that actor whom he is trying to link himself with...No, with whom he is going to compare himself while denying doing so at all . It is guaranteed to give the attention-seeking Tom Harris the mention in the Khoodeelaar! And it has ! Having achieved what he craved., Tom Harris is allegedly off to Glasgow East where in just under 30 hours time, the significant by-election is taking place.... Harris may not know this but his lack of discretion about goings on in the DfT is not the only thing that is unacceptable about him as a ‘minister’. We shall of course be asking Ruth Kelly a few questions about Tom Harris this week... What Harris has got seriously wrong AGAIN about his foolish bragging about the Big Business Crassrail hole plot is that no matter what the ‘Act’ of parliament may be dressed as, if the really important events appear to show that that ‘Act’ may cost the Brown-fronted Blaired time-servers ‘votes’ at any forthcoming election, then that ‘Act’ may be consigned to history faster than the paper counting the ‘Royal Assent’ may be ‘safely deposited’ in the box of ‘Parliamentary documents’. Look what even the Crassrail hole plot agenda-backing FT has confessed in the past seven days. That Gordon Brown who had overdone his own promotion as the ‘prudent’ UK finance minister by claiming to set a limit on the UK Govt borrowings, has begun the process of ditching that ‘fundamental pillar of his 11 Downing Street manifesto slogans and a few of his actual related fiscal practices... Why is Brown doing that? Because no matter how many formal pieces of legislation and similar papers may and DO IN FACT exist containing the alleged policy against borrowing at higher than 40 percent of the GDP, that ‘policy’ is going to be gone... In ACTION if not formally. For if that policy is not itself gone and soonish, then Gordon Brown is widely likely to be gone political career-wise ! So which one is Brown to go for? He is going to ditch any piece of paper that he thinks is cause for his woes...... Now he has had to make a decision... The WORK , all done voluntarily and over the period so far of 55 months plus since January 2004, in setting up an maintaining the KHOODEELAAR! campaign against the Crossrail hole has been and remains the unique set of daily commitments and activities that no other ‘community-based’ ‘campaign’ has done from the area called the East End of London there is no record or evidence of similar work in similar context at any time in the past more than 100 years.
The only other campaign from any base in the East End of London and done in the last century too was not done on the extensive scale and in the intensive ap[application as the Khoodeelaar! campaign against the Crossrail hole agenda has been.
The defence of the community in the East End of London against the agenda that contains the Big Business Crossrail hole plot is multifaceted. For the past 55 months, the defence has been articulated and advocated on all the relevant levels. The main UK destination of the Khoodeelaar! argument has of course been the UK executive, fronted first by Tony Blair and now by Gordon Brown.
The next level has been the UK formal parliament. In between those, we have also been addressing the intermediate agencies, outfits, units and personnel and postholders. Those have included the London-linked Transport for London which has been allowed to operate the corruption funded by the allocation of the £100 Million of ‘Crossrail’ misfunding under Section 6 of the very corruptly contrived and separate legislative pretext and device called the Railways Act 2005.
In the long haul constitutional law actions that we are now starting - which will be formally filed [that is, instituted in the UK domestic course first, before being taken to the international judicial forums] as soon a s the procedures allow after the Harriet Harman announcement of the ‘Royal Assent’ is done on tuesday 22 July 2008 - Khoodeelaar! will cite and refer to evidence that will represent the widest widest possible range of sources in any contemporary examination of executive misconduct .
Our challenge will firmly focus on the brazen unconstitutionality of the UK Govt.
All the conclusions of the unconstitutionality, and the undeniable and unmistakable adverse consequences that will be felt by people in the ordinary community in the East End of London will be show to have been solidly based on facts that are demonstrable. Like the fact FOR INSTANCE that the ‘local’ ‘East London Idiotiser’ has been ‘edited’ in a persistently prejudiced, ignorant biased and misleading way.
That the ‘East London Advertiser’ has been fundamentally changed as far as the ownership of the business is concerned as a direct result of the KHOODEELAAR! campaign... And that despite that ‘change’, the policy of the prejudiced and the ignorant ‘local’ ‘newspaper’ remains unchanged To serious detriment in local information context . The picture that we publish for the first time today Monday 21 July 2008 [we have been mentioning this same photographic evidence in our previous commentaries concerned. The photograph itself has never before been published], was taken at the Khoodeelaar! demonstration held outside the Tower Hamlets Council’s ‘town hall’ [!!!!!] Mulberry Place in the evening of 11 September 2007. We shall discuss that picture and its evidential relevance and significance in the course of this series of constitutional law action updater commentary this week.
We have also been addressing the conduct - or rather the misconduct., on the facts, and IN CONTEXT of the clique that has been making the relevant decisions for the Crossrail hole agenda in the name of the formally existent ‘local’ London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council.

All the relevant decision-making personnel in place at the relevant time in the relevant regulatory bodies on the media including the OFCOM and the Press Complaints Commission
The relevant ‘member of parliament’ at the relevant time for the local parliamentary constituency of Bethnal Green and Bow and their counterpart in the adjoining constituency of LimeHouse [=Limehouse] and Poplar [or ‘Poplar and Limehouse’ or ‘Poplar and Canning Town’, whichever or whatever the formal name may be at the relevant time]..
The evidence of the conduct and in the relevant parts the MISCONDUCT and the unconstitutional behaviour of the parties against whom we t we are making the applications to court/s will show that the KHOODEELAAR! Canning has been covering ALL key aspects of the defence and the advocacy of the area known as the the London borough of Tower Hamlets in ways that should have been done by many of those who are already in place with hundreds of £MIllions [AND more] of public money being spent in their hiring, bribing, touting, ‘employment’, use and abuses and ‘professional’ and ‘commercial’ uses, abuses and roles and mis-roles.
So the consolidated REASON, the depth, the extents of the reason why the KHOODEELAAR! campaign has been and continues to be so wide-ranging is a continuing evidential , historical and far-reaching condemnation of the failed local institutions and state and publicly ‘legitimised’ agencies and of their persistent failures. These agencies, bodies and personnel who are supposed to be serving the East End of London but have on the facts been doing the opposite...
It is in these facts that Jacqui Smith, - assuming that she is not found to be herself blundering her way out of the ‘top, token’ job at the UK Ministry of the Interior [=’The Home office’] sooner than it will take her to find out all the facts - should be looking for the answers to her current, headlines-linked woes!
Talking of headlines! The less said about the predicaments of some of the most notoriously;reported, Tower Hamlets-linked ‘top’ cops in the London Metropolitan Police, the better. Tow come to mind: Tarique Ghafoor and the targets of his tribunalised torments! Ian Blair, the incumbent t Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, for the time being...
With such news at and from places like the top Cops’ mansions, we in the inner city, deprived borough of the East End of London are not able to even theoretically pretend that things are going to be okay for the community without fighting for the comprehensive social political, democratic, environmental, economic and human rights of the community against holders of state and Governmental power... and those that hold similar positions in the name of the local people in and on the ‘locally’ and ‘regionally’ elected bodies and at the UK central Parliament at Westminster....
The poverty in the East End borough is far deeper as a result than the senseless utterance quoted in the Times last week and attributed - repeat, attributed by them - to the ‘former’ ‘leader’ on the Tower Hamlets Borough Council.
Tower Hamlets is worse than the ‘most deprived borough in the country’. It is also the subject of the most despite political misrepresentation and cultural and social exclusion, criminalisation being committed against the people by the local Council and all its colluders....

THIS time, there will not be any more indefinite extensions of time to Alistair Darling to rectify his errors. Today’s hype around Boris Johnson’s Conrad Blacked-ed SUNDAY TELEGRAPH friend and colleague Patience Wheatcroft’s so-called forensic audit report about the ‘undone mayor’ Ken Livingstone regime and especially; about the LDA money, is an irresponsible hype and must be exposed as such right now...
The report is an insult to the intelligence.
And I am not surprised especially as I have been saying for almost two years that Patience Wheatcroft is only half-aware of London.
Boris has made another, significant. mistake in giving Wheatcroft the promotion that he has given her.
She has not delivered value for the voters and she must be held to account for misleading the people of London by making a promise that she had failed to deliver.

Crossrail 'bias' of 'East London Advertiser' causing undermining local people

The political struggle to defend the community across the East End borough of Tower Hamlets, starting with the Brick Lane London E1 area and taking in and stretching through Stepney, Mile End Park and Bow, is hotting up in a way that has not been seen in the East End for a very long time. In fact the role of the local Tower Hamlets council is increasingly coming under serious scrutiny from local campaigners headed by the khoodeelaar movement. The resulting pressure that the Borough has been undergoing has not been known since Tower Hamlets was created in the 1960s replacing and amalgamating the former smaller boroughs of Stepney, Bethnal Green, Poplar, plus. Yet the ‘local weekly’ the ‘East London Advertiser’ is not willing to reflect the political battler. It is only ever interested in serving as a secondary propaganda rag for the CrossRail-backing ruling clique on Tower Hamlets Council. This is depriving the local community the access to the facts that the local paper must provide if it is to escape being consigned to the dustbin by the sheer power of community action against CrossRail in the East End.

An item in the ‘EAST LONDON ADVERTISER’ [138 Cambridge heath road, London E1 6QJ] [dated thursday 16 February 2006], headlined, “I’m coming to get you’ [“Galloway’s warning as he launches respect election campaign”] by-lined to ted jeory, includes this: “but when quizzed by the advertiser at Monday’s press conference, Rees outlined a position on Crossrail’s proposal to bore under Hanbury street that was strikingly similar to Labour’s”
The reference to “Rees” is to john Rees the UK ‘national secretary’ of the Respect coalition, represented in the UK House of Commons by George Galloway mp.
The ‘east London advertiser’ item does not refer to the comprehensive position of the respect coalition on the crossrail project that had been set out by George Galloway at a special public meeting against the crossrail hole’ bill held on Saturday 11 February 2006. at the Brady centre in Hanbury street which is at the centre of the khoodeelaar! In that statement George Galloway was unequivocal in his opposition to Crossrail and he pledged that if the respect coalition won control of TOWER HAMLETS COUNCIL following the scheduled 4 May 2006 council election then the Respect coalition would scrap the agreement made by the current TOWER HAMLETS COUNCIL. Galloway stated empathic support for the KHOODEELAAR CAMPAIGN AGAINST THE CROSSRAIL HOLE project scheme Bill. In addition to that Galloway said that the Respect coalition would do everything to delay and to defeat Crossrail. He made extensive references in his speech to the keynote speech that had been delivered at the meeting by Muhammad Haque, the Khoodeelaar organiser. Galloway endorsed the khoodeelaar position and reiterated his previous commitment to oppose Crossrail on every aspect of the planned attack on the East End.
Galloway said that they [he and RESPECT] would take judicial review actions and other measures to delay Crossrail, towards defeating the Crossrail attacks on the East End.

Gordon Brown has placed, via Hazel Blears et al, significant value on the Blairing local Councils that are associated his regime. In fact Tower Hamlets Council is often used by Brown as a platform.
But does he realise how devastatingly negligent that Council’s clique of 'leadership' is? And who will count the cost of its letdowns and negligence? Will Brown even be around in office to put a stop to the habit of putting cliques of corruption in positions of State-funded and state-endorsed of power over inner city populations like the ordinary community in the Borough of Tower Hamlets
The Times newspaper web site has published this morning an item about the wasteful and diversionary Tower Hamlets Council. The piece contains an alleged admission by Denise Jones, saying that Tower Hamlets is “the most deprived borough in the country “.
This is truly shocking! For years, Jones has been involved in the ‘leadership’ of the borough Council .
One persistent theme seen in the decisions that ‘leadership’ has been making is this- to make the ordinary people in the borough POORER!
And to bring in speculators and assorted degenerators into the Borough.
The one such degeneration scam which has been boasted of by Denise Jones recently is Crossrail. It will ADD to poverty, social exclusion and devastate, dislocate and destroy people's’ health, lives and livelihood and support structures. The same Council has also been dismantling the public sector housing stock and handing it over to outfits that are in effect private agencies with no legal or social accountability s as part of the framework.
The Borough's;s public;ci libraries have been similarly disbanded all criteria, yardsticks and barometers, Tower Hamlets Council has been the single most persistent agency that has been involved in making the borough's ordinary people POORER! And Denise Jones now makes that statement with no sign of having even the most basic awareness in her of the multiplicity of unforgivable contradiction, negligence and irresponsibility that attach to the Council leadership she has been part of for so long ...

The Khoodeelaar! question and communication to the EL IDIOTISER [the title, not necessarily any ember of the staff] was about the literally hundreds of specially written communication and analyses about the EL IDIOTISER role....
Malcolm Starbrook DENIED that the IDIOTISER has got those.Or has kept those.....
That denial is like someone allegedly [ INCLUDING as in notionally, conceivably, theoretically] claiming to be an editor [in the legal sense] of a newspaper and then saying that they do not keep news reports.
For one of the very first essential acts, BASIC, routine, unmistakable, consistent things, TRADE things, trade-reflex-things that any news gather and publisher does is to keep THE evidence.
And everything that KHOODEELAAR! has sent to them would constitute evidence in the appropriate context.

That the Blairing cliques on the London local councils controlled in the name of the former Labour Party by operatives impersonating ‘local councils’ are doing damage to the very local communities in whose name they abuse their positions.What does that abuse mean? For the communities, for individuals, for families in the boroughs affected? And a great deal of disservice, it means bad service. Or no service. How do they do so? How do these get away with misleading the ‘local’ communities? One of the persistent ways that they do it is by ‘taking advantage’ of the absence of active councillors on the same councils. As KHOODEELAAR! has reported for the past 55 months since our campaign against Crossrail hole attacks on the East End of London began [on 31 January 2004], the ‘local’ Tower Hamlets Council has been IN A STATE OF POLITICAL AND DEMOCRATIC MORASS in terms of an ‘elected collection of councillors speaking out for and representing the local community’. That morass is getting even worse by the week… Things are so bad that there is now no ‘official opposition’ on Tower Hamlets Council. Why? Is it because the existing ‘elected councillors’ who belong to allegedly [indeed as alleged!!!] opposition parties all set to ‘defect’ to the controlling ‘grouping’? Not as such. NOT Yet. But there is no opposition. No political opposition… Was that foreseen before the last ‘election’ held in May 2006? KHOODEELAAR! had foreseen that. But the ‘politically active opposition parties who were fielding candidates allegedly against the controlling grouping’ did not want to see the truth. They were also culturally hostile to the idea of a real campaign. They preferred to pretend to be radical, opposition and so on while in fact CRAVING to be in ‘position’…. And the result is that there is no NO POSITION… Politically speaking, democratically speaking, even aesthetically, linguistically, conceptually speaking, there is no POSITION on anything from any alleged opposition… on the Tower Hopeless Council…..Which is why the KHOODEELAAR! campaign is now considering one strategy, that of supporting named candidates at the scheduled council election due next in 2010 …[To be continued]

Is your MP on the roll of shame?
The vast majority of MPs - 146 of the 172 - who voted to keep the second home allowance, which allows MPs to buy items on the "John Lewis list", were Labour, including 33 ministers. The list in full is:

The Poverty-creation by Crossrail hole plot goes hand in hand with the poverty-creating agenda of Brown's 'Govt' in UK today...

What IS Ruth Kelly's poverty?
Sure she is not about to start LITERALLY saving and stocking up food lest she has to starve. NOT in the immediate future. Of course.
Ruth Kelly’s poverty is deeper seated than that.
Whereas she literally would have been - or would be - starving had she been any of or among the thousands of individuals that exist along the Brick Lane, Whitechapel, Bethnal Green ’south'’ Stepney London E1 route of the planned Crossrail hole plots and who are obstructed from ‘jobs’ that her colleague and co-fabricator James Purnell [the ‘teens’-Spectator magazine's nominee for ‘leader’ of the Blaired Party and currently the Poverty-Creation Minister in Browns cabinet] lied about in his collective references during the routine, the untruthful, the untransparent, the outdated, the obsolete, the diversionary, the lies-packed DEPARTfromthetruth Departmental Question Time for the DEpartment for Woes and Poverty-creation =’DWP’] staged in the UK House of Commons today [Monday 7 July 2008] as well, RUTH KELLY’s poverty lies in the fact that she is starved of the truth. By her users in the political token job she enjoys... She must be enjoying it because she hardly features as making any difference fro the better at all....
And she is starving the public of the truth of what her DfT gets up to as it acts as the main stooged Department for the Big business lobby on transport in the UK....
Even as she made that statement [Monday 7 July 2008] about bio-fuels, she knew that she would not be telling the whole truth about that particular decision.
She knew that she was reading her speech [!!!!!] off a script which she treated as if it were one of those sacred religious things, one of which she reportedly carries in her person wherever she goes.....
Such physical attachment to her political performance materials are not repeated in her relationship with the public...
The constituency at large. For as a cabinet Minister, her constituency extends beyond the parliamentary seat that she allegedly represents Ruth kelly’s spread of poverty is in her lack of truthfulness about what in fact is going on inside the DfT...
Had she been rich in truth she would have by now published the truth about the crassness of Crossrail that the evidence shows. And had she been inclined to tell the truth, she would have done months ago about Eddington what she did today about ‘Professor Gallagher.
Whereas she sounded unmistakably deferential to Professor Gallagher today she has not mentioned Rod Eddington in that same way and not especially about Eddington;’s advice to the UK Govt that Crossrail was not worth supporting....
